Darby
I had never seen  a ferret before my son bought Darby.  The first time I saw him I feel in love with him.  That was five years ago.  I now have five other ferrets, but Darby will always be special because he was my first.  I have just learned that the vet suspects from his blood work last week that he has Lymphoma.  I pray that he doesn't.  I have made a lot of special pictures of him the past few days to have for later if something does happen to him.  I want to share some of these with you.  Good news after the second blood test, today, 9/21/99, the results came back normal.  My prayers were answered!


Darby is a Marshal Farm's ferret.  He has a really bad overbite, but it doesn't seem to hinder his ability to eat broccoli and raisins.  Darby is the one that always answers the doorbell when some one comes to the door.


Darby loves spending time in Steve's room, my son and his former master.  Sometimes I think he can still smell Steve in there and longs to be near him again.


Darby had just had a bath and was ready for a nap.


Nothing life getting comfy.


Darby playing with the foot I had bought for Lt. hoping he would leave mine along, but it didn't work out!


Darby has always loved playing in boxes.
